Exam Scheduling

Candidates must schedule their examination with HMDCB's testing partner, PSI Candidate Services. Examinations are delivered by computer at PSI Assessment Centers located throughout the U.S. and other select countries. Exams are administered by appointment only. Available dates will be indicated when scheduling and seats are limited, so schedule as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: Within 3-5 business days of HMDCB receiving your completed application and payment, PSI will send you an email confirmation that will include your unique Candidate ID number that will be needed to schedule your exam. When scheduling, be prepared to provide your Candidate ID, and preferred location, date, and time. Note: if you apply via the Practice Pathway, please wait to schedule your exam until your hospice administrator attest to your practice hours. You will receive an email confirmation from HMDCB once this step is complete.
