American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM)
AAHPM is the professional organization for physicians specializing in hospice and palliative medicine. AAHPM offers educational programs and products for all physicians to achieve competency in the field.

AMDA - The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine
AMDA is the professional association for physicians practicing in the long term care setting, offering professional development including a certificate program, to promote the delivery of quality long-term care medicine.

Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC)
CoPs serve as the basis of survey activities for the purpose of determining whether a hospice qualifies for a provider agreement under Medicare or Medicaid. Hospice agencies must meet the applicable CoPs to be able to provide and continue to provide Medicare and Medicaid benefits.

Hospice Analytics is an information-sharing research organization gathering information from Medicare data files, hospice websites, and from surveying hospices directly. Through their website, the public can search for a hospice by location and additional criteria.

National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO)
NHPCO is the nonprofit membership organization representing hospice and palliative care programs in the US. The organization is committed to improving end of life care and expanding access to hospice care.

Palliative Care Network of Wisconsin - Fast Facts
Fast Facts provide concise, practical, peer-reviewed and evidence-based summaries on key palliative care topics important to clinicians and trainees caring for patients facing serious illness.
